The Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation is managed by a Board of Directors that includes representatives from state agencies, hospitals, health plans, and consumer, employer and provider groups.
The Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation engages all stakeholders in its work to improve the quality and affordability of health care in Oregon. Q Corp’s Board of Directors, now merged with and operating as the Board of Directors for HealthInsight Oregon, includes senior representatives of state agencies, health plans, hospitals, employers and consumer and medical groups. Q Corp’s subcommittees include over 150 volunteers who bring their expertise and perspectives to this work.

The Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation aims to be a trusted source of information for health care planning, programming, delivery and evaluation. We offer a library of resources available to help you stay abreast of new developments and measures, make informed decisions, and to get the latest information on our work to improve the health of all Oregonians.
As an independent nonprofit organization, we bring stakeholders together to produce transparent information about the quality, utilization and costs of health care in Oregon. We are a trusted community resource for unbiased health care information.
The Patient-Centered Primary Care Institute brings together technical experts, health care providers and staff, patient advisors, policymakers, academic centers and others to gather and share valuable practice transformation knowledge and resources. The Institute connects practices in all stages of primary care home transformation to a broad array of technical assistance that meets their needs. Institute programs and resources help practices meet the standards of the Oregon Health Authority’s Patient-Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) recognition program, and achieve the Triple Aim.
Our public reporting program gives Oregonians information to help them partner with their providers to get the care they need. In addition to quality scores for clinics in Oregon, our public reports also include tips for getting quality health care.
Q Corp works on a variety of projects with health care provider organizations, hospitals, government agencies, medical societies and more.
HealthInsight and Qualis Health have joined forces to become Comagine Health.
In April 2018, HealthInsight and Qualis Health announced a formal merger, combining the two organizations and operations across the U.S. Both HealthInsight and Qualis Health have been engaged in health care quality consulting and providing quality improvement services for more than 40 years.

We have worked with stakeholders to provide data and reports for projects aimed at improving the quality and affordability of health care in Oregon. In addition to our statewide reports for consumers, employers, providers and policymakers, we are also developing custom reports for a variety of stakeholders. For example, the data suppliers that have contributed data to our measurement and reporting effort receive a custom quality and utilization report for their members. We’ve also developed a report on Pap test rates by zip code as part of a project from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) prevention.
Built using feedback from practice and medical group users, the new and improved Reporting Portal is a tool for medical groups and providers in health care measurement and practice improvement initiatives.
Our Technical Appendix includes information on our methods for measuring and reporting health care quality and utilization. This information supplements our annual statewide report, Information for a Healthy Oregon.
Our public reporting program aims to improve health care quality in Oregon by providing information to help Oregonians make informed decisions. In addition to quality and utilization reports for doctors’ offices and hospitals across Oregon, our public reports also provide information on recommended preventive care and care for chronic conditions.
Q Corp continually tracks Oregon performance on a number of quality, resource use and cost metrics. The tables in the PDF linked here provides a snapshot of Oregon’s overall clinic performance. The tables show Oregon’s score for each measure compared to local and national benchmarks. It also includes information on the three year trend for each measure.
