As an independent nonprofit organization, we bring stakeholders together to produce transparent data and analytics about the quality and utilization of health care in Oregon. Our goal is to be a trusted community resource for unbiased health care information.
Reporting Portal
We produce reports for primary care providers that are available over a secure online portal. Our reports allow providers to compare their performance to benchmarks, assess variations in care, identify gaps in patient care, and implement systems for improving health care quality.
Statewide Reports
Our annual statewide report, Information for a Healthy Oregon, provides a snapshot of health care quality and utilization across Oregon. We also produce statewide reports for specific conditions, like low back pain. This information helps identify high performance and opportunities for improvement.
Public Reports
For consumers and employers, we publish public reports of health care quality to help Oregonians partner with their providers to get the care they need. In addition to quality scores for clinics and hospitals across the state, Oregonians can also learn about recommended and appropriate care for a variety of conditions.
Patient Experience
We are working with health care stakeholders to develop a standardized approach to collecting and reporting patient experience data. In 2012 we collaborated with the Oregon Health Authority, health plans and providers to field patient experience surveys and publicly report this data.
Custom Reports
We work with stakeholders to provide data and reports for projects aimed at improving the quality and affordability of health care in Oregon. For example data suppliers that contribute to our database receive custom quality and resource use reports.
Technical Appendix
Our Technical Appendix provides in-depth information on our policies, procedures and methodologies for measuring and reporting health care quality and utilization in Oregon.
