The Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation worked with many groups in Oregon to draft a voluntary standard for collecting race and ethnicity data in order to help eliminate disparities and achieve high quality health care for all. This is the voluntary standard report that resulted from the collaboration of Q Corp, Oregon Office of Health Policy and Research, Oregon Safety Net Advisory Council and Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems.
