Q Corp's annual statewide report on health care quality and utilization. Among the findings from the 2011 report, Oregon’s clinics and providers were performing among the best in the nation in terms of diabetes care, and screening rates for chlamydia, heart disease and diabetes had shown a significant increase. Although Oregon’s mean score for appropriate use of medications for people with asthma was high, this area of care is one example of where our state was below the national benchmarks.
