Q Corp's first annual statewide report, the most comprehensive report on the quality of primary care that established a baseline against which we measure progress toward improving health care in Oregon. We received integrated claims information from Oregon’s largest health plans, created the only existing comprehensive directory of primary care practitioners in the state, produced 2,212 individual reports for practitioners across the state and launched a secure website for practitioners.
