Comagine Health continually tracks Oregon performance on quality and resource use metrics. This graph provides a snapshot of Oregon’s overall primary care clinic performance on the colorectal cancer screening measure compared to local benchmarks.
For the local benchmarks, Comagine Health calculates the Oregon Achievable Benchmark of Care (ABC), labeled Oregon’s Best Benchmark. This benchmark provides a method to identify performance levels already being achieved by “best-in-class” primary care clinics within Oregon.
“Best-in-class” Oregon clinic scores are calculated using the paired mean rate of the highest performing clinics providing care to at least 10% of the patient population. The Oregon Average Clinic score is calculated as the mean clinic score among clinics with at least 30 patients in the measure denominator.
