The Patient-Centered Primary Care Institute is seeking a contractor to facilitate a strategic planning process. The contractor must have significant experience in health care and will complete a strategic planning process to inform the Institute’s programming priorities and business model. The timeframe for this work is July – October 2013. Proposals are due June 24, 2013.
