Through this process, we also work to produce transparent data and analytics that are highly valued and actionable to improve the health outcomes of Oregonians. Measurement and Reporting

Partner for Quality Care
Partner for Quality Care, our public engagement program, gives Oregonians information to help them partner with their providers to get the care they need. The Partner for Quality Care website has tips for getting quality health care and quality scores for doctors’ offices and hospitals in Oregon. Partner for Quality Care also produces an annual statewide report on primary care performance, called Information for a Healthy Oregon. Learn more

We’re working with Oregon stakeholders on programs to improve care for low back pain. These programs include developing and disseminating an Oregon-specific guideline for low back pain care and measuring and evaluating programs aimed at improving care. Learn more
Reducing Readmissions for CHF and COPD
We’re collaborating with Oregon health care organizations on efforts to reduce hospital readmissions for congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To impact real change in health care, patients and families must be included in every level of decision-making within health care organizations. Our Patients and Families as Leaders program supports health care organizations in Oregon that seek to actively engage patients and families in leadership roles. Learn more
Reducing Disparities
After working with groups in Oregon, including communities of color, to establish a voluntary standard for collecting race and ethnicity data, we’re now encouraging use of the standard to improve information about disparities in care. Learn more
