The Oregon Health Care Quality Corp Board of Directors provides vision and oversight of projects, advocates for the organization among community stakeholders, approves the budget and assures sound financial policies and processes and addresses barriers to the organization’s mission and vision.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee meets every two months in the interim between full board meetings.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee provides financial oversight to the organization and makes recommendations to the board regarding financial policy and operations.
Audit Committee
As an independent representative of the organization, the Audit Committee works with the outside auditor. The committee approves and meets with the auditor, reviews financial statements, communicates concerns and findings to the board, and reviews auditor performance.
Governance Committee
The Governance Committee ensures the right balance of stakeholders with diverse expertise and trusted networks that may contribute to the organization. The committee assesses and recommends board composition and slate of officers and directors, and regularly reviews the Bylaws and Charters of Board Committees in order to ensure conformance with any principles of corporate governance.
Program Committee
The Program Committee provides direction, policy and management oversight of the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation’s programs, including Partner for Quality Care. This committee acts in an advisory role, approving key decisions, work plans and committees.
Measurement & Reporting Team
The Measurement & Reporting Team provides technical direction and coordination of partners for the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation’s measurement and reporting system. The team’s responsibilities include soliciting input from all stakeholders and recommending measurement sets, data collection policies and processes, data sharing agreements and terms, reporting formats, and data releases.
